Informations supplémentaires:
This Kestral behaved very strangely. Whilst taking photographs in Richmond (Royal) Park London I saw it sitting, with its back to some rabbits ( i actually thought it was one to start with) who took absolutely no notice of it. By the time i realised my error they had vanished down theır burrows, but it then allowed me to get extremely close. Over the course of around 20 minutes it flew into a small tree and perched just above my head observing the area (and me), obviously seeking out potential prey. My presence had no effect on it whatsover. İt began to fly and hunt over ıts territory and allowed me to follow and observe. This image and the 3 others that accompany it were taken in the first phase. İ did not stop its hunting or ruin its hunting) Further images were taken, some of which will also be uploaded to Alamy.
