1938 , ITALY : The italian journalist and fanatic fascist TELESIO INTERLANDI ( 1894 - 1965 ), director and founder of dangerous racist and antisemite magazine LA DIFESA DELLA RAZZA ( THE DEFENSE OF THE RACE ) from 1938 to 1943 .
