Map from ГЕОГРАФИЧЕСКИИ́ АТЛАС (Geograficheskii Atlas) - an official school textbook published in 1968 by Glavnoe Upravlenie Geodezii i Kartografii (Main Directorate of Geodesy and Cartography), Moscow. Approximately 50 years after the Russian Revolution the atlas maps show the expanse of the Soviet Union / CSSR / USSR / РСфСР at that stage and before the break-up of the USSR around 1991. - Put as Editorial Only since I am uncertain about the copyright of the maps as they were produced by a State organisation (in the USA anything produced by government organisations etc. and paid by for US taxpayers may be used freely, for example), and the atlas is obviously connected to the Russian education Ministry of the time. Russia only joined the Universal Copyright Convention in 1973, and I'm unsure whether the changes which followed were retrocative on previous works. The following document may help your quest: https://rm.coe.int/1680783347 - The back cover has more publishing ownership details: - ГЛАВНОЕ ЧПРАВЛЕНИЕ ГЕОДЕЗИИ И КАРТОГРАФИИ (Glavnoye Chpravleniye Geodezii i Kartografii) = MAIN DEPARTMENT OF GEODESY AND CARTOGRAPHY and ПРИ СОВЕТЕ МИНИСТРОВ СССР (Pri Sovete Ministrov SSSR) = UNDER THE COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE USSR.
