On my last day in The Dolomites I could not miss the opportunity to photograph this beautiful church. The weather forecast was very bad. When I woke up at 6 and looked out the window, a heavy rain convinced me to go back to bed. This time my B&B was located 30 minutes from this place and I did not know part of the mountain roads that led to it, so waiting was more coherent. A couple of hours later the weather got better, but a dense fog covered everything. I decided to start the march and try again. When the road became rather a path and I started to drive up the mountain, I could not see 2 meters away. But a few meters before arriving at the church the fog began to disappear. At my arrival I took advantage of the clouds that had been left to make many different compositions. Once I was satisfied, I sat down to enjoy the tranquility and the magical atmosphere of that lonely place.
