HOTEL NAMED AFTER SOCCER STAR STEVEN GERRARD An Indonesian hotel has names itself after the Liverpool and England footballer Steven Gerrard. Situated in the city of Bandung, the 'Hotel Stevie G' proudly sports the 31-year-old soccer star's popular moniker as its name. The hotel's owners, the Maja House Group are big fans of English Premier League football and decided to name the 22-room hotel named after the Liverpool skipper. There is even a 'This is Anfield' themed room complete with an LFC logo and a wall dedicated of the Anfield club's players past and present, including: Kenny Dalglish, Robbie Fowler and Uruguayan Luis Suarez. Elsewhere, Stevie G's rooms feature such, appropriately eclectic, titles as: Saturday Retro Fever, What Is Pop Art, The Deer Hunter, Green Lover, The Author and Illegal Immigrant.
