Tom Lippolis tells Star magazine that he thought the 25-year-old 'was going to kill me, ' during the incident which he alleges took place last year. 'Jenni put a kitchen knife through my entire arm, ' Lippolis alleges, alleging that the attack left him needing 37 stitches in his arm. However, Lippolis did not go report the matter to the police. 'I wanted to guard her for some odd reason, ' he tells the magazine. The alleged incident took place on March 6 last year after Farley became jealous of Lippolis talking to another woman in a nightclub. After returning home, Lippolis claims the [pair had a booze-fuelled screaming row Farley returned with a 'short steak knife'. 'My wounds resembled something out of one of those surgery TV shows - the muscle was completely cut and it was just hanging out of my skin, ' he adds. 'Jenni was holding the knife, with blood dripping off it in one hand and swinging a fireplace poker at the other, ' Lippolis alleges. 'I have a hole in my elbow from where she impaled me with the poker.' Lippolis says he drove himself to the local hospital where he claims to have lied to the doctor to deflect suspicion. Star magazine claims it has seen a hospital bill for $2, 290 and has also had confirmation from the North Shore Long Island Jewish Medical Centre that Lippolis was treated in the emergency room. The pair split last August after Farley was snapped kissing another man. Lippolis, who also used to be the star's manager, claims their relationship ultimately failed when Farley began filming Jersey Shore. JWoww was almost like an alter ego, ' he says. 'I fell in love with Jenni Farley, but it was JWoww who ruined the romance.'
