In celebration of Australia’s most inspirational and innovative women, Cosmopolitan magazine with the support of Avon hosted the 11th Annual Cosmopolitan Women of the Year Awards on Thursday, 26th October at The Calyx in Sydney. The awards honoured the outstanding achievements of all the nominees across nine diverse categories including entrepreneurship, fashion, sport, beauty, social media influence, game changers and TV and radio personalities. While the nominees have been selected by Cosmopolitan, the category winners have been determined by public voting. Cosmopolitan editor Keshnee Kemp says, “All of our nominees demonstrate empowered female role models in their respective fields. They have remarkable stories and reflect how today’s Australian women inspire, connect and share with their audiences.
