Wei Deng, President of the Chinese company 'Bright Oceans' shows Steve Ballmer, Microsoft Chief Executive Officer (CEO), a product developed by Bright Oceans during a breakfast meeting with Chinese and American high-tech executives before the start of the 2009 Hua Yuan Science and Technology Association (HYSTA) meeting in Santa Clara California. HYSTA, founded in Silicon Valley in 1999 to foster US-China business, has become the largest Chinese professional organization in the California Bay Area.
