Razz Abigaël, qui a servi comme commandant général de l'armée américaine de la Réserve 99e l'appui régional à partir de 2010-2013, sert comme conférencier invité lors de la 99e Armée RSC Unité supérieure cérémonie de remise des prix le 21 avril à l'administration centrale de commande sur Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey.
