Informations supplémentaires:
Richard Browning “Iron Man”, founder of Gravity Industries Ltd, makes a record-breaking flight in his body-controlled jet-powered suit over Brighton Pier exceeding a jet speed of 85mph, breaking his previous fastest speed record of 32mph originally set at Lagoona Park, Reading in 2017. Ex-royal Marines reservist Richard Browning is an English inventor, entrepreneur and speaker. His flight suit uses five advanced ECU micro turbine jet engines to achieve vertical flight producing 130 kilograms (or 286 pound-force) of thrust. Browning uses his arms to control the direction and speed of the flight, while a HUD display inside the helmet gives updates on fuel consumption and other usage data. Development began in 2016 with the prototype flight suit taking 15 months to develop at a cost £100, 000 in materials, with production costs based on man hours spent at "well over a million". Browning has been dubbed the 'real-life Iron Man' by media outlets around the world.
