That day saw the first manned flight of a fixed wing all-electric eVTOL aircraft. (Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA). With over 600, 000 spectators, EAA members, pilots and aviation enthusiasts in attendance and 10, 000 aircraft on display (in 2019), the event is considered the “World’s Greatest Aviation Celebration” and the largest air show in the world.
